Who Are We and What Do We Do?
Please…take a minute to become acquainted with the Hearts Student Alumni Association.
We're not just the class you graduated with - - we're all the classes that came before and after yours. You don't have to be a graduate of Sweetest Heart of Mary Elementary and High School to belong - anyone who attended the school is invited to join.
The Hearts Student Alumni Association is dedicated to connecting you with your educational and religious roots. Our focus is a social one; with a bit of nostalgia thrown in for good measure. We hope to sponsor a number of activities throughout the year.
Our annual dinner dance will take place on Saturday, May 19, 2007, at the American Polish Century Club, in Sterling Heights. Please mark your calendars now and plan to attend. Come help celebrate with the Class of 1957…this is their fiftieth reunion. We will have dinner and dancing and lots of time to reminisce. The dinner/dance is open to all, you need not be alumni to attend, so please help spread the word.
Sweetest Heart of Mary Elementary and High School helped lay the foundation for the adults we've become. It's a heritage we can be proud of.
Annual dues are $20 per person per year, which includes a Newsletter mailed to you regularly. Please make checks payable to Hearts Student Alumni Association and mail to Sweetest Heart of Mary Church, Attention: Chris Hubbard, 4440 Russell Street, Detroit, MI 48207
